Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately
  • Support customer retention strategies to foster loyalty
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

  • Valid P&C and Life & Health License issued by the State of Alabama
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
